Tasks:

  1. Assume the responsibility of the dean in case of his absence.
  2. responsible for implementing and monitoring various administrative, financial, and support tasks to enhance the dean's office's and staff's efficiency. This will involve developing a conducive administrative work environment and regularly reviewing budgetary and financial reports.
  3. supervising and follow-up the administrative and financial needs of the dean's staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  4. Prepare Proposals for ongoing and specialized training plans and programs to support the deanship's and its staff's professional development.
