Dean's Office
The dean's office supervises the management and administration of administrative tasks and reports directly to the dean of the Deanship of Information Technology; The faculty members, employees, students, company representatives, government officials, and private third parties can submit their reviews and inquiries. The office is responsible for handling a wide range of technical and administrative tasks, which are crucial to the smooth functioning of the deanship. These tasks can be summarized as follows:
- Receiving incoming transactions and correspondence addressed to the dean and annotating them in accordance with the provided instructions, regulations, and guidelines.
- Preparing letters, circulars, administrative decisions, and announcements based on the instructions and directives provided by the dean.
- Efficiently organizing and archiving files, transactions, and correspondence within the office to ensure their proper utilization in the present and future, thus preserving the institutional memory of the deanship.
- Preparing dean's meetings by coordinating among members, issuing invitations, and ensuring the preparation of accurate meeting minutes and documentation of working sessions.
- Preparing g feedback, suggestions, and insights to enhance the overall performance of the deanship and the office.
- Participating in both temporary and permanent committees as required, aligning with the work demands and priorities of the deanship.
